Work Less, Earn More

Robert T Kiyosaki, author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," states that the rich don't work for money; they have other people work for their money.

This is invaluable wisdom for anyone who owns or operates a business.

Too many people are under the impression that, once you own your own business, your life will be smooth sailing.

However, owning your own business often means adding to your responsibilities. Sure, you have the choice of whether or not to do more work, but when more money is at stake, most people choose to take on more work than they can handle.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

Do as Kiosaki says and have others work for your money.This doesn't have to mean employing a full time staff.

Solicit as much work as you can and outsource to independent vendors or freelancers who will do the actual work. Then you can take a big cut of the money, as you were the one to find the project.
